my new verizon phone number is ***-***-**** . iwas recharging the phone because it went dead... the charging was good, but the line was still dead. my old phone line was ***-***-**** . idid not have my wifes pin number since she passed away two years. ihad wellsfargo stop auto pay, maybe they also stopped my payment on my new line. please verify if it is the phone or am ino longer active for this line..thank u
