Issue identified :

Someone is trying to scam customer about sending photos to his friends
Solution Implemented :
Call customer

Assisted in Deactivating his Facebook account first and Deactivated his hangouts.

Also Advised customer in Blocking the phone number which the messages are being forwarded from.

Also Advised customer that he can seek assistance with authorities if he wants to and to keep the messages he is recieving from the scammer.
