I have a 5-6 year old Vaio 17” laptop. That seems to be frozen/stuck on the opening window and unable to progress to the start window. It will not take or respond to any commands I give it. I’ve tried powering it off an on several times as well as unplugging it from it’s powere source, all to no avail. What can I do to get it back to responsiveness.?
