Dear Customer, It was a pleasure helping you with your Panasonic issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx wants to know how to delete contacts on his phonebook
Solution Implemented : called cx and provided steps to delete phonebook contacts on his panasonic phone. we pressed the left arrow key. then use the up/down arrow key to locate the contact then press menu. we use the up/down key and select erase then hit  select. contact deleted. problem solved.
