Have you tried deleting the Drop box and installing it again from Appstore?
The problem is a video that I shot on my iPhone.. I using My iMac now to get to you.. You can call me on my landline 1-7i8-468-4667.

Issue identified :
Cannot upload a video from iphone to dropbox
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Remote access
Opened the video and press the share button.
Instead of sharing the photo clicked on the button at the bommot share option that says Save to Dropbox.
File saved
File is not showing on his ipad and Mac Dropbox
Checked both device and found that they are using a different dropbox ID
signed out and signed back in using the same dropbox ID used on the iphone
Issue resolved
