Solution Implemented :
call customer
Tried using the remote to go in to settings
Cannot move the selection to setup >selection are not moving.
Check childlock but childlock are unlocked and not the issue.
Check other Device and still moving the settings selection is not working.
Check other device and same problem with the remote.
No settings that can prevent going in to setup.
Advise customer of a remote problem.
Advise customer to bring it to best buy and have the remote control checked. get new remote
