I just purchased a panasonic LUMIX TS30 camera and I cannot extract the memory card from inside the Camera. Do you have any suggestions?

Were you able to open the cover and you can see already the card inside the camera?

ok. i am calling you on your phone but no one is answering the call. 

NOTES:

-called cx and he cant remove the memory card inside the camera

-told cx to push the card all the way down and he should hear a click sound and that will pop out the card

-cx did that several times and he is not hearing any click sound and the card wotn pop out

-told cx that the problem is either the card was inserted in a different direction the reason why the mechanism wont work or a defective lock mechanism

-cx afraid to use force to take out the card

-told cx to send the camera back to amazon for replacement since it is still under warranty. cx agreed,
