Restored the Tv and performing another scan.

Customer said that it will take 40 for scanning

Issue identified :

cannot find channels set up on TV and netflx is not working

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted in resetting the TV to Factory condition and performing an Auto tuning during set up.

Channels are not synced and complete

Went to settings > Network set up and connected the TV to Wifi

Netflix is now working

Issue resolved
