Dear Gerald, It was a pleasure helping you with your Tech-email issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant access his email thru window mail
Solution Implemented : spoke to cx and we configured his email on chrome just to check if the email is working. we were able to access it on chrome. we checked on window live mail and found out that microsoft ended support windows 7 already and that is the reason why his gmail is not working on windows live mail anymore. cx will just use the chrome browser for his email. answer accepted. remote/phone support requsted for a refund.
