Unfortunately there's no way you can request online or call a hotloine to get your photo not to be included on the release.

The best way is to find the producer of the paper in your area and locate them and talk to them personally.

But this will still seem impossible because they don't usually advertise to post who is producing it or where and how you can reach out to them.

I hate to say but this is what really is for bad and busted posts.
