Good to hear back from you Longbardi. Now, when you tighten the spark plug it will not get all the way in right?

Ok. Now, I strongly suggest that you have the cylinder 4 rethread. There's a kit that you can purchase  to rethread it. I'm suspecting that the groove is damaged and will require rethreading. Below is how it looks like

SPARK PLUG THREAD REPAIR

After you start the vehicle and warming it up do you notice anything on the motor? Is it misfiring or anything?

Yes specially if  you accidentally put the spark plug on a little bit slanted position which the tip will hit the wall while tightening it. 

This explains why when you put the spark plug it would not tighten up all the way in
