How are you doing? I am suspecting that the game Illusion of Gaia cartridge is corrupted that's why it won't play even if the others does. One way to find out is if you insert it to an original Super NES and see if it will play. If it does play then it's not compatible with the HYPERKIN GAMING CONSOLE. If it does not work on a Super NES then it's confirmed that the Illusion of Gaia is faulty or the cartridge is corrupted. Hope this helps and I'll be standing by for your response.
