I HAVE A 2012 CADILLAC ESCALADE HYBRID PLATINUM AND TRYING TO REPLACE THE (FUEL PUMP) AND 2 OF THE (HYBRIDBATTERY CELLPACK) CAN THE VEHICLE START AFTER I DISCONNECT THE HYBRID BATTERY AND RECONNECT IT AND WHAT DO I NEED TO DISCONNECT FIRST B4 I START THE WORK ,I AM WORRIED TO DISCONNECT EVERYTHING THAN IF PUT BACK EVERYTHING WONT START PLEASE CAN U LAY OUT WHAT I NEED TO DO ON THE FIRST QUESTION(FUEL PUMP) AND THE SECOND QUESTION ON THE( HYBRID BATTERY) THANK U SO MUCH

How are you doing? In replacing the fuel pump, be sure that the car is shut off. You can remove the cable going to the battery underneath the seat behind the passenger side. I strongly suggest that you take a picture of every connectors of the battery and it's best to put a tag on each cable so that you will have a guide in reinstalling everything.

About the fuel pump, you can access the fuel tank underneath by removing the metal band with two bolts holding it. You may need to remove some fuel if it's full. I will send you some videos that you can use as guide.

BATTERY REBUILD

Just remove the battery connector first before doing anything. Below is a picture where you should disconnect it. Then put tags on everything you will remove then take a picture so that you won't be lost.

Thank you so much so far everything is clear but what about the front battery do i need to disconnect the negetive also and you think if i reconnect everything back the car will surly start please let me know thanks
