Thanks for waiting and sorry for the delay. Can you verify what type of TV are you using because when I tried to search the model HPS5053 it shows up as a Plasma TV?

Please also provide the model of your Roku? Is it the Roku 1, 2 or 3 (The model is written on the top of the Roku device)?
