We have a Uniden DECT 6.0 phone with a total of three phones. Recently, we had a problem with our phone not ringing, and found out that the problem was due to our conversion from DSL (2-wire) to COMCAST. But after that problem was solved, our caller ID is not working--and we do get that feature with our COMCAST (Xfinity) service. How can I restore the caller ID feature on our phone? Are there steps to be taken?

The caller id is an automatic feature of the phone and it should be activated by your phone provider. If the number the caller is not appearing on your handset then you need to contact your phone provider and check your phoneline caller id status.
