i am the second owner iphone 4s but the main the owner gave me the apple ID and password but it says incorrect, now keep sending message to her did not reply. i cant activate the phone..

Here's what I have tried so far:
tried to log in her given apple ID and password still cant go through, she said she gave the correct id and password, tried to connect itunes but unsuccessful..dont know how to do it.

Here's my brand/make/model:
iphone 4s, model A1332 EMC380B FCC ID:BCG-E2380B
