I believe that you are referring to the passcode. In order for us to remove the passcode we need to restore the iPhone using iTunes on your computer. This will wipe out everything on the phone. I can help you with the restoration by remotely accessing your computer. Will you allow me to remotely access the computer to help you fix this issue?
