I have owned this HP computer with Windows since February
It has never worked properly and I finally gave up because I needed to get work done
I am going to try again here - the problem is that programs are continuously not responding and when I look at the Task Manager, Disk space is almost always in the high 90-100% even if nothing is happening
the things using the disk space are "System" or some other Windows process

Here's what I have tried so far:
Geek Squad - continuous fail

Here's my brand/make/model:
HP Laptop
