I have a Dell Latitude E6400 , Service Tag - 1BB7VL1-1F5A that I bought at Cash America International, Inc. Cash America Pawn of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma #14 901 SW 74th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73159 ***-***-**** ) on 06/29/2015 Receipt# 107671426. I am needing the MASTER PASSWORD for BIOS. It has locked me out and without it I am not able to open anything even load windows. I was going to turn on WI-FI and camera. Thinking that the password was the one I use for windows I tried opening it and now nothing I do will open it. I wish to speak to somebody in the United States who speaks ENGLISH and know what a PAWN SHOP is. I own the Laptop now. PLEASE Help me so I can use my PC again.
Thank You

How to Reset or Remove BIOS Password?
BIOS password is a protection measure that can be used to stop unauthorized users from powering up a computer system or making changes in some of the computer's most sensitive areas. However, at times, we need to enter the BIOS to make some changes, only found a BIOS password is there. How to reset or remove a BIOS password?
Method 1: Remove the CMOS battery
The easiest method to remove a BIOS password is to remove the CMOS battery. The computer remembers its settings and keeps the time even when it is powered off, because these parts are powered by a small battery inside the computer called CMOS battery. If you take out this battery, the computer will lose its hardware settings, including the BIOS password. Please note that it will also remove the changes you have made to the default settings.
First of all, power off the computer, unplug the power cable and unplug any USB devices if they are powered. The computer must not be able to get power from anywhere. Then remove the computer case and locate the CMOS battery. It should look something like the picture below. Some computers have this part standing upright.

Take out the CMOS battery and wait 10 minutes before putting it back in. Be sure that you ground your hand before touching anything inside your computer, otherwise you might short the component. The reason for this wait is because the computer can still store power in its capacitors even though everything is unplugged. The waiting period allows enough time for them to discharge.
Plug everything back in, power on the computer and enter the BIOS again. If everything goes well there should be no more password. In some cases, if you get weird error messages during bootup now, you will need to go to "Load BIOS Defaults" in BIOS and save the changes to fix them.

Sorry - No battery to remove - This is a DELL LAPTOP Latitude E6400, You might want to look up some Info on it. I have also opened up the back of the case to see if just in case they did have a battery but no. Removed Power Pack, Unplugged the power, Tried booting from a thumb drive by Holding "END" down while plugging in power till the Battery Light blinked from RED to BLUE the release "END" Button. ALL of this was no help - - I HAVE to have a MASTER PASSWORD so BIOS will let me back in and I have a Laptop to use again and not a brick. If you can not find me a Master Password to use please return my payment.

Locate the 3-pin CMOS password XXXXX jumper on the system board.
Remove the jumper plug from pins 1 and 2.
Place the jumper plug on pins 2 and 3 and wait approximately 5 seconds.
Replace the jumper plug on pins 1 and 2.

Could not find any jumpers but I did find a Battery under the Fan. Removed it and waited 10 Sec. and replaced it. Turned it back on and nothing , not even the screen. tried it again and still nothing. Bought a new battery and put it in and it started back up but right back to were it tells me to get a MASTER PASSWORD. I think unless you can get me a Master Password I'm out of luck.

This is what I found out from dell. We are going to have to call them together on a three way call and do whats called a transfer of ownership so they know that you own it now. Once this is complete, they will generate a bypass password for you.

The reason dell made this laptop this way was for an anti-theft mechanism.

it also to me to try 595B, D35B, 2A7B FOR Master Password back Door.
I tried all 20 passwords it gave with no luck, I did it twice to make sure. If the ownership change does not work it looks like I'm SOL.
