This afternoon my Iphone 7S went black. I cannot power on or off. The screen is black with the swirle in the middle rotating. What should I do?

Hi Tanya,

Try to hard reset the phone if the phone is not responding anymore. Press and hold the volume down and power button at the same time until you see the apple logo. Let go the buttons when you see the apple logo and let the iphone reboot. Let me know if this solved the problem.
