are you on activation screen on the phone asking you to enter the apple id and password to activate the device.

theres a parenthesis there telling you a hint what is the apple id that was used on the phone. can you recognize the hint inside the parenthesis.

I checked that apple account and it is not a valid or existing apple id. Do you remember any apple id that you used before that starts with letter M?

the apple id that was setup on the phone ends with icloud.com. You cannot use a different apple id there. This   m**7@msn.com will na reactivate the phone.

Ok. may I know that icloud id that you used when you setup the phone? The m**m@icloud.com is not avalid icloud account and hat means that this is not the icloud account that is on the phone.

I see. In this case, you have to contact the apple security at ( ***-***-**** ) to verify your account. They might ask few questions abou the account. Once you were able to answer all their questions, then they will provide you the correct apple id and the password.
