My work uses Outlook for our email and calendar. That syncs with my iPhone in real time very well; my workplace uses MobileIron. I would like to take the Outlook based work calendar in my iPhone and sync it with iCal at home. I tried it analog (docking the iPhone and sync'ing with iCal using iTunes). The personal iPhone calendar came over to iCal, but not the work Outlook calendar. Is there any way to get the Outlook based calendar from my iPhone to iCal? Mobile Me? Another 3rd party app?

Thanks for your thoughts.

Not via the iPhone, data cannot be synced to two different sources.

You don't say if the Outlook calendar is on an Exchange server or not. If it is not and the calendar is just on your computer you can use MobileMe to sync the calendar. I am not sure if an Exchange calendar can be synced although I would think not.
