Dear Christina , It was a pleasure helping you with your Onkyo issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : disc try wont go in 
Solution Implemented : called cx and told her to reset the system by unplugging the cable then press the power button for 20 secs. No go. Told cx to check ifthere are disc inside the system that might be stucked. no disc. told cx to apply a littlepressure to the tray. Tray goes in but when she try to open it again and close it in. it wont go all the way through. Told cx that the gears have jumped already and needs repair. We tested the player if it can play disc now and yes it can play disc. Told cx she can still use it but there will come a time that the tray will not go in anymore because of the gears. cx will decide if she will ahve it for repair. answer accepted.
