There are disk lens cleaner for sale at Wlamrt that you can get and insert the disk cleaner to try to cleanse the lens of the laser.

yes...as I said mech error...I think I accidentally put an extra cd in when it had one in the play area

Called customer and advised to take the top off of the cd changer to check if there is a cd stuck in the machine.  Customer will get back with me after this task.

Dear Marc, It was a pleasure helping you with your Onkyo issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution. 


Issue identified : Customer  6 disk cd changer would not play a disk

 

Solution Implemented : I called and advised customer to open the disk changer and see if there was a disk stuck in the changer

Problem solved
