Please try to reset your cable box by unpluging the unit and plug back in please.

Shut your TV off, and then unplug the power cord from the back of the wall. Count to 30 and then plug the power cord back into the box. It will then start rebooting. Wait 3 minutes and then turn the TV on and let me know exactly what you see on your screen please.
