Dear Judy, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.


Issue identified : Huuuge casino crashing


Solution Implemented : Called the customer (Customer will use the remote upgtade for phone) / Assisted the customer to reset the iPad by pressing and holding the Home and Power button / Closed the App by pressing the Home button 2x and swiping it up from the screen / We discovered that the App will undergo maintenance and she is not the only one who is encountering the issue / Advised customer to wait until the maintenance is over / Customer understand  / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
