Dear Michael, It was a pleasure helping you with your issue iTunes today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Some of the purchased musci does not show when playing the ipad music on his car

Solution Implemented :

Call customer 

Guide customer through Music album and adding the music to library

Asked the customer to test

Call customer again and said It is now working

Explain customer about Purchasing music and adding to library for offline use

Issue resolved

Call customer again and He said He thinks He just need to check it out more because some of the songs are transferred and not all were done with her friend.

He said He will contact us again if it continue, For now it is good

Advised customer to transfer the music only when he is in a Wifi spot where all are playing.
