Greetings Elixir,  I am a person friend of a catholic priest, who presently is in a nursing home in Liberty Arms, Youngstown Ohio. He gave me his iphone 6 to have it "fixed".  I would say yes that he made several invalid passcodes attempts.

Alright. Before we start, do you know if there's an icloud account on the phone. You need that icloud account id and password after restoring the phone. May I know also if you are using a windows or a MAC computer?

Ok. after clicking the link that I gave you, you will see a file at the lower left corner of screen. Click the file called teamviewersetup.exe then click RUN or OPEN to start the installation.

The comcast email is not the apple id that is on the phone. Ask your friend again if he has another comcast email that starts with letter D.

No luck. He does not remember and staff cannot find anything written down.

I see. If that is the case then you need to bring the phone to a nearest apple store. Get the proof of purchase (receipt) from your friend and get a copy of his id and present it to the apple store so that they can verify it on their system. Once verified, they will reflash the software of the phone wo wiped out the apple id so that you can use your own apple id there.

Dear Melvin, It was a pleasure helping you with your itunes issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : iphone is disabled 
Solution Implemented : called cx and connected to his Imac.helped him restored the phone using itunes but the apple id doesn match to the one on the phone. cx already coordinate to his friend (the one who gave the phone) but he dont remember the apple id anymore. told cx to bring the phone to the apple store together with the receipt and 1 valid id of his friend so that the representative can verify it to their system to unlock the phone. cx understood. Answer accepted.
