Issue identified :  Viewing angle vs color for LCD TV 
Solution Implemented :   call customer | provide  info that LCD vs Plasma TV viewing angle has limitations especially for VA type LCD  panels |customer is using a VA type lcd panel| customer accepted answer  and will just keep the TV.
