MY PHONE SAYS ENTER PASSCODE & THERE ARE 6 LITTLE HOLES FOR THE CODE.....

I WAS USING MY FINGER PRINT & THEN FOR SOME REASON THAT STOPPED WORKING

I see. If the fingerprint is not working anymore and you dont remember the passcode, then the only way to make the phone working again is by restoring the phone to the factory state using a computer.

Issue identified : cx forgot the passcode of her iphone
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed her computer. connect the iphone to her computer and restore it using itunes. iphone restored. helped cx setup the iphone. Iphone is now working. problem solved.
