Try Restarting your phone.
Press and hold the power button of your phone until you see a message that says "Slide to power off"
Slide it and wait until the phone turns off.
Then Hold the power button again until you see the Apple Logo
Once you got to your main page. Check to see if the problem has been resolved.

Call customer and assisted in Opening the iphone APP switcher (Dubble press the Home button)
Swipe the Kindle app UP to close
Customer re opened the Kindle app and everything is working now.
