Dear Cheryl, It was a pleasure helping you with your ATT issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx iphone is from ATT and she swithced to consumer cellular and and she needs code to user her iphone to consumer cellular
Solution Implemented : called cx and check if her plan from ATT is already finished. She said that the contract is already finished. we get the imei code of the iphone and use it to unlock at ATT website via www.att.com/deviceunlock. It recognized the phone and were able to submit a request to unlock the iphone. Told cx the the code will be sent to her email within the next 24 hours for her to unlock the phone (screenshot below). cx dont have further questions. Answer accepted.
