as many as 2000 failed deliveries per weekend or up to 1000 per weekday< I was told I had to changfe my E-mail address, I don't have alot of computer skill.

Dear Brian, It was a pleasure helping you with your Cox issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx getting a lot of undeliverable mails
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed his computer. checked his outlook and nothing in the outbox that he is sending emails. Found out that his email address is not cox email. It was hosted by a Launchpad (domain hosting company). told cx to contact Launchpad to check what is going on with his email on their system. Created email rules in his outlook that all underiverable mails will go to deleted folders so that the one that will be showing in his inbox are important mails only. Ran the email rule and every undeliverable mails went to deleted folder. told cx that the rule is automatic and once outlook detects undeliverable mails it will go directly to deleted folder. cx has no further questions. Answer accepted.
