May I know what's th rxact problem you;re gettijg form your phone Do you have the model of the phone too.
I get message, "unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped", thus, I can't use the phone or even my contacts.

Do you remember installing an app or updating an app before this problem happened?
Yes, Omron Connect
have ypou tried removing the omron and restsarting phone and see if it will give you tghe same probplem?
Yes, I rebooted and even shut it down and still have the problem.
Alright .Do have an exisiting backup for this phone?
Do you remember creating a backup of of you phone?
No.
the only way to resolve the problem is by doing a factory reset since it's it an internal error coming form the android OS.
How?
just to remind you again it that will wipe out all the saved data in your phone and will be something like an out of the box settings.
It says erasing. It is too bad but, if it works, it wil be better than having to buy a new phone.
