Delay in TV image appearing after turning it on  direct tv technician has come out and checked tv. Dish and can find nothing wrong and stated it is the the tv This has occurred since I purchased it

Dear Haskell, It was a pleasure helping you with your Samsung issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : TV takes too long to boot up.

Solution Implemented :

Call customer and Asked how he is turning off and turning on the TV.

Found that he is using the Direct TV Remote and is turning off the DTV box instead of the TV in which the DTV box takes too long to reboot and re program.

Advised customer that shutting the TV down He will have to use the Samsung Remote.

Tested Turning off and turning back on the TV using the Samsung Remote

Issue resolved
