I had my phone in my coat pocked (as usual) and found the camera messed up. I seem to be able to take a selfie but that's it.

Bring your phone to the camera app and let me know once it is up.

Ok Open the camera application.

then look for thi Symbol

Press that and it should switch your camera to normal

Let me know what happen

of first make sure you are on the photo mode.

then try pressing that icon again.

Ok Lets try restarting the phone.

Press and hold the power button on your phone.

while holding the power button.

You should be getting a message that says slide to power off

Slide it and the phone will shut down.

Let me know once you slide it and the phone is off

Ok Hold the power button again and you will the apple logo.

you can let go of the power button once you see the apple logo.

Wait for the phone to reboot and get back to your icons. 

Let me know once you are back to your icon page.

ok Relaunch the camera app and see if that icon will flip back the front camera now.

Cannot remote on iphone

Assisted customer in performing a power reset

Held the on and off button then slide to power off

Restarted the phone and re launched the Camera app

Press the camera switch button and the front camera is now working

Issue resolved
