I have a Dell inspiron 3650 which is connected to an Epson WF pro 4630 printer. I need the steps required to get the printer and computer to work together. Right now the only thing that the printer does is print a few word in blue and will not print e mails or other items I need. My computer uses windows 10 and the only printer listed is Epson WF-4630(fax). Does fax mean to send data over the phone? Can you help. My old computer uses window 8.1 and does not work now. I can not get it to come up to ask me for my sign on. Can this be corrected?? Thanks Gerry
