Ok it gives a code in a box. then asks to sign in to Amozon account to up date. I guess that is what I should do?

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Had customer to go to HOME > all aps > Prime video 

assisted customer in going to a computer > Amazon.com > Prime and register the TV by typing the code given by the TV
