Ok First We'll do a cleaning.
On the printer controls.
From the control panel home screen, touch the Settings icon (
), and then touch Tools.
Touch the Down Arrow (
), and then touch Clean Printhead.
perform the cleaning Twice.
Then try printing this screen we are chatting thru

Did you recently replaced your black ink cartridge?
Print Quality Diagnostic pages ok but no black streaks under the black form - outlined in black only

Dear Betty, It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :
Black is not printing
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Remote upgraded in error
Advised customer to perform cleanign twice but still the same problem
Customer already installed new ink but same problem
They also already did a manual cleaning cleaning the printhead nozzle but still the same problem.
Customer decided to get a new printer
Provided link to customer where a new printer can be bought online
