Forgotten PIN problem
Solution Implemented :
Call customer
Advised that the pin cannot be changed or recovered,
Advised customer that a reset is required to remove the PIN
Try resetting the phone but it was set to PIN protection which also prevents reset or restart without the PIN "Please enter PIN to turn the phone off"
Advised customer that the phone cannot be restored either because PIN protection is set up.
Advised customer He will need to take it to his carrier and see if it can be reset since he has purchased the phone thru the same carrier and if not He will need to get a new phone.
