Dear Kathleen, It was a pleasure helping you with your iPhone issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Forgot apple Id and password / Activation lock

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Checked the Id and was able to identify that it is her email for work.

Assisted in resetting the apple Id password thru iforgot.apple.com

Password is trying to reset thru her phone.

Advised customer to tak to their IT put the SIM card temporarily to another phone to receive the password reset notification
