Ok.

Are you referring to the size of the font of the document you are trying to print? Or which print or which text in particular?

Posted
Customer

the size of the font when printing a regular documentand also the size when printing from my email

The printer will only print the size that it was sent with.

The font size change will be done on your computer before itis printed.

For example document should be edited and change the size before printing.

For emails since the emails are pre configured. you will have to copy it to a document editor before printing.

You are printing from a computer right?

Customer

Yes i am printing from my lap top and sometimes i print from my phone.
