Dear Gary, It was a pleasure helping you with your Samsung issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :
Can't change watch face.
Solution Implemented :
Assisted customer in isolating the problem by syncing it back to an old phone.
Old phone sync fine with no problem.
Assisted in syncing it back to the new phone and assisted on how to Upload the new watch face using just the watch set up.
Watch face updates thru the watch but is having delay problem using the wearable app.
Advised customer to use the watch set up temporarily and the problem seems to be a compatibility problem with the Bluetooth of his phone.
Customer will use the watch settings to change watch face
Test it again and it is working now.
