Hello, I have a Macbook Air and it I have been using it with Amazon Prime to stream. Yesterday I get this message that says Click the Chrome menu (horizontal stripes) on the browser toolbar, click ABOUT GOOGLE CHROME, then click Relaunch. It isn't working. have tried so many times. Actually the prompts aren't there. No Relaunch. Have other people try to help also with no luck. I hope you can help.

Dear Susan, It was a pleasure helping you with your macbook issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx getting error while wathcing amazon prime video
Solution Implemented : called cx and and accessed her computer. found out that the chrome browser is updated but her OSX is not. Macbook is an old computer and cannot handle new OSX. I installed firefox browser on the computer and was able to play the amazon prime video there. Told cx that she can use firefox browser for her amazon prime videos and google chrome fothe rest of her internet activities. cx agreed and undesrtood. no further questions. problem solved.
