Hi Allison,

You can disable the screen lock passcode on the phone so that you dont have to enter the PIN code everytime you want to use the phone. Here's the procedure.

1. Swipe down your screen from the top

2. Tap the Settings (gear icon)

3. Tap lock scree and security

4. tap on screen lock type PIN

5. Enter you current PIN then tap NEXT

6. You can choose Swipe or None

7. You are Done

After doing that procedure you dont have to enter the PIN code anymore when you want to use the phone.
