Dear Israel, It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

HP Support Assistant will not open


Solution Implemented :

Call the customer and Assisted in Reinstalling the Support Assistant.

Same Issue

Found that the computer has a lot of programs that may have a conflict with the app launching.

The customer opted to just perform a complete reinstall.
