Issue identified :
Activation lock Issue
Solution Implemented :
Call customer
Assisted customer first in recovering the wifi password and connecting customer's wifi
Then Assisted customer in Activation lock. Debbies phone was Activated fine
There was another iphone but the icloud could not be recovered.
Assisted customer in contacting an apple Id adviser. But cannot recover the apple Id
Advised customer to bring her husbands phone to an apple store together with the receipt to get activated
