Hi,
Thank you for contacting ExpertHelp LLC. My name is Rofel and I am here to help you resolve your issues. Please wait while I prepare my answer for you. I might ask you to provide additional information if needed so I could provide you the steps that will resolve this issue. Appreciate your patience.
Please refresh your browser by pressing F5 on your keyboard or check your email, you will receive a notification every time I post a comment/answer.
Thanks for waiting. As a first step towards resolution, you would need to reset your device so that it will refresh the system files in it. To reset the device please follow the steps below.
Reset the device by holding the sleep/wake button at the top right of the device and the home button at the bottom center of the face at the same time.
Hold them both until you see the screen go black. In some cases, you may need to keep holding them even after the red power off slider appears. If it does, just keep holding it.
Wait until the white Apple logo appears.
When this happens, you can let go - the device is rebooting.
Let me know if the steps helped you resolve the issue. If it hasn't, we will continue troubleshooting to isolate the problem and resolve it.
If were able to provide you a helpful and informative answer, I request to show your appreciation for my efforts by clicking the Green Accept Answer button right below my first response
Im hold both buttons, then the white apple logo appears, and again, the phone is off, after 2 minutes, the white logo of Apple appears and the phone is off, two minutes later the apple logo appears again, I expend more than 2 hours and the same occurs
Thanks for you response. Did you experience this issue after installing the iOS 7 Developers version?
Hi,
If the phone is rebooting/shutting down every 2 minutes it means that the iOS is corrupted. There's a way to fix this issue. We can downgrade the iOS of your phone back to 6.1.4 but we need iTunes to do that.
I will provide you the steps on how you can downgrade the iOS of your phone. You can perform these steps when you have access to iTunes.
What you’ll need:
To Downgrade iOS 7 to 6.
Step 1: Connect your iPhone or iPod touch to your PC or Mac and launch iTunes.
Step 2: Select your device from the pane on the left or click the ‘iPhone’ button on the top right hand corner of iTunes.
Step 3: On the main screen of iTunes, you should see two buttons; one says Check for Update and the other one says Restore iPhone. If you’re on Windows, hold down the left Shift key on your keyboard and click on Restore iPhone. If you’re on OS X, then hold down the Alt key.
Step 4: A new pop-up window would appear. Point it towards the IPSW file you downloaded for your iPhone in the beginning, then click on Restore.
Step 5: iTunes will verify the IPSW firmware file with Apple and your device will restore.
Note: The restore process might take a while, so sit back, relax and wait for the restore process to complete. Once done, you will have 6.1.4 running on your device.
If you have questions please let me know.
