Thanks for waiting. On Samsung microwaves the SE error code flashed on display means "Sensor Error". This means that your humidity sensor has shorted. Please try cycling the power by unplugging the microwave or turning the circuit breaker off then on again and check if this will fix the issue.

If the steps above did not worked please proceed with the steps below.

  • Unplug the unit. You don't want to shock yourself during the repair.
  • Remove the exhaust hood or vent grill on the top of the microwave.
  • Remove the display panel.
  • Remove and clean all the cables plugged into the display panel.
  • Reinstall all the cables to the display panel.
  • Plug the microwave back in and reset the time.

Please let me know if this helps. If you will still get the error after the steps above you need to replace the part or bring the Microwave to the nearest Samsung Repair Center for parts replacement.

Please let me know if you are comfortable on doing the steps above if not I can provide you the location of the nearest Samsung Repair Center where you can bring the microwave for repair. You just need to provide your Zipcode.

Thanks for your response. If you already tried the steps above then the next step is to replace the control panel of your Microwave.

If you want to replace it part number of the control panel is DE94-02001C
