Hi customer,

If your iPhone is locked and you don't know the passcode, the only way to gain access back to your phone is to restore it back to its factory settings. Please let me know if you are ok with this so i can then provide you the steps on how to do the process. Will be waiting for your response. Thanks

Hi customer,

Were you able to read my post? If you are ok with restoring your phone, please follow the steps below.

  • Connect your iPhone to your computer. Open iTunes and make sure that is has been upgraded to the latest version. Your iPhone should appear in the Devices list in the left frame of iTunes. You will be using iTunes to both make a backup as well as restore the iPhone.
  • Select your iPhone name in the Devices menu. In the Summary tab, click the Restore iPhone.
  • Back up your device. Before the Restore process begins, you will be asked if you would like to backup the device. Use the Backup tool in iTunes to ensure you have a record of your iPhone's current state. This will allow you to easily reload all of your settings, pictures, and apps.
  • Wait for your iPhone to restore.
  • Reload your old backup. Once the restore process is complete, you will be given the option to load a backup or start using the iPhone as if it were new. If you want to load a backup, click on the appropriate option available and follow the on-screen directions.

Please follow the steps provided above and let me know if you need further assistance. Will be here to help you. If I was able to assist and provide you information on how to resolve this, kindly show your appreciation for my efforts by clicking the Green Accept Answer button right below my first response on top of the page.
